Pam Holm-A Life of Service to Houston. A native Houstonian, Pam and her husband Chuck have lived in west Houston for over 40 years. They are deeply rooted in our community with their continual service in their church and charitable organizations.
Pam is the past president of her homeowners association, where she first advocated for the needs of her neighbors and worked with local government to improve their quality of life. From there, she served three terms on the Houston City Council, representing the west side of Houston
During her tenure on the City Council, Pam brought more transparency to the budget process and opposed appropriations that included wasteful spending. She was a committed full-time member, who participated in every key committee. She worked closely with state legislators on transportation and budget issues facing the city.
Pam is a product of Houston public schools and graduated from TCU with a degree in education. She spent eight years teaching and has remained an advocate for children's well-being.
Pam and Chuck have been happily married for 41 years. Their son Nelson and his wife Courtney live in Ft. Worth with their two children, Hudson and Eleanor.
